COSO-aligned controls
Map each material risk to one of the five COSO components, then record the control, its owner, how often it runs and the evidence it produces. Your auditors already recognize the structure.
Enterprise integration
Metrics dashboard
Eight to twelve KPIs, each tied to a material topic and to a financial metric someone owns. Progress against target and on-track status calculate themselves from baseline, current and target.
How to use it
- Work in the blank section of each tab. The pale cells are the ones you type into.
- Dropdowns and checks are built in, so the workbook flags problems as you go: a RACI row with no single owner, a KPI slipping behind target.
- Above each blank section sits a worked example from a fictional mid-cap manufacturer, showing one correct version to copy the pattern from. Keep it as a reference or delete it.
- Start small. Your top 10 activities, top 5 risks, 8 to 12 KPIs. A tool nobody maintains is worse than no tool.
